Company Introduction
The main profile of the company includes the design, manufacture and commercial sale of various machine parts, components and machinery.
The company main costumers include companies from Switzerland, Germany and the Nederlands. (Roberine; Schlatter AG; HEIDELBERG; Continental) The range of products includes mainly formed and machined parts, sub-assemblies, metal structures, assembled units, machine manufacturing and surface treatment. Equipped with modern welding equipment, CNC controlled automatic lathes, machining centres and robot technology, our factory can manufacture custom parts and small, medium, and large series products.
Our services:
1. CNC machining
- We use CNC-controlled, state-of-the-art machining centrest o satisfy the most demanding and varied customer requirements.
- We currently carry out contract manufacturing activites using machining technology in 17 CNC machining centres.
- Our threading lathes and a robotic cell consisting of two CNC machining centres are prepared to receive large series in the milling area.
- Here we can undertake machining of 3 or even 5 axes to produce more complex parts.
2. Plate cutting and forming
- Plate CNC machining (bending, cutting)
- Laser cutt (carbonsteel:20mm ; stainless steel 15mm)
- Bending:(thickness 8mm; 4000mm ; 200 tonnes)

(Roberine; Schglatter AG; HEIDELBERG; Continental) A termékpaletta elsősorban alakított és megmunkált alkatrészeket, részegységeket, fémszerkezeteket, szerelt egységeket, gépi gyártást és felületkezelést tartalmaz. Modern hegesztő berendezésekkel, CNC vezérlésű automata esztergákkal, megmunkáló központokkal, valamint robot technológiával felszerelt üzemünk vállalja egyedi alkatrészek, ill. kis-közép és nagysorozatú termékek gyártását.
Szolgáltatásaink:
1. CNC forgácsolás
- CNC-vezérlésű, modern megmunkáló központokkal elégítjük ki a legmagasabb szintű, változatos vevői igényeket.
- Jelenleg 17 CNC megmunkálóközponton végzünk bérgyártási tevékenységet forgácsolási technológiával.
- Száladagolóval az esztergák esetében, míg két CNC megmunkálóközpontból álló robotcellával készültünk fel, a marási területen, a nagyobb szériák fogadására.
- Itt a bonyolultabb alkatrészek gyártására a 3-tengelyes gépek mellett 5 oldalas és 5 tengelyes megmunkálást tudunk vállalni.

- Hajlítás:(vastagság 8mm; hossz:4000mm ; 200 tonna)
