BUSINESS DESCRIPTION – Quality metal industry manufacturer
INDIVIDUAL AND SERIAL PRODUCTION OF ALUMINIUM AND BRONZE CASTINGS
STORY
Our family business foundry was established in 1982 in manufacturing prototype and small to medium volumes of aluminium and copper alloy castings.
THETECHNOLOGY WE USE
The method we use in the production of our parts are sand and gravity die casting process in three formats which are raw, shot blasted or machined form.
In 2021, we purchased heat-treatment furnaces for both aluminium and bronze casting to improve their mechanical properties. We have a complete technical background for the preparation of casting patterns and die casting moulds. The maximum casting weight for aluminium castings is 100 kg and it is 200 kg for bronze castings.
The materials we use are: AlSi10Mg, AlSi9Cu3, CuSn10, CuSn12, CuAl10Fe3Mn2.
PLANT
The metal is smelted using three electric and two coke-firedfurnaces. We produce our castings withgreensand molding, carbon-dioxide bonding process and gravity die casting.
At our site we have the equipments necessary for further material processing and for the production of casting patterns and molds, suchas:
- latheand millingmachines,
- drilling and marchingmachines,
- a shotblastingcabinet,
- an AWI welder,
- a 3D scannerand a 3D printer,
- furnaces for heat treatment of aluminum and bronze castings,
-
measuring instruments required for testing incoming materials/final products (Bruker Q2-ION optical emission spectrometer, Proceq Equotip 540 Leeb D portable hardness tester).

ALUMÍNIUM ÉS BRONZ ALKATRÉSZEK EGYEDI ÉS SZÉRIAGYÁRTÁSA
TÖRTÉNETÜNK
Második generációs családi vállalkozásként 1982 óta foglalkozunk egyedi, kis-és középszériás alkatrészek alumínium-és bronzöntésével.
TECHNOLÓGIÁNK
A homok-illetve kokillaöntéssel gyártott öntvényeket igény szerint nyers, szemcseszórt vagy megmunkált állapotban biztosítjuk. Az alkatrészek mechanikai tulajdonságainak javítására 2021 végén alumínium és bronzhőkezelőkemencéket telepítettünk. Az öntvénygyártáshoz szükséges öntőminták, kokillák elkészítéséhez megfelelő műszaki háttérrel rendelkezünk.
A maximális öntvénytömeg alumíniumöntvények esetén 100 kg, bronzöntvények esetén 200 kg. Jellemző anyagminőségek: AlSi10Mg, AlSi9Cu3, CuSn10, CuSn12, CuAl10Fe3Mn2.
ESZKÖZPARKUNK
A fémolvasztás három elektromos és két koksztüzelésű kemence segítségével történik.
Önvényeinket bentonitos homokformázással, szén-dioxid kötésű eljárással valamint gravitációs kokillaöntéssel gyártjuk.
Telephelyünkön rendelkezünk az öntvények további feldolgozásához szükséges berendezésekkel, valamint öntőminták legyártásához szükséges technikai háttérrel, úgymint:
- eszterga és marógéppel,
- fúró és menetelő gépekkel,
- szalagfűrészekkel,
- szemcseszóró berendezéssel,
- AWI hegesztővel,
- 3D nyomtatóval és 3D szkennerrel,
- alumínium és bronz öntvények hőkezelésére alkalmas kemencékkel,
- bejövőanyag / késztermék vizsgálatához szükséges mérőeszközökkel: Bruker Q2-ION optikai emissziós spektrométerrel, Proceq Equotip 540 Leeb D hordozható keménységmérővel.
