We are looking for a supplier for the heat treatment of copper used as a raw material before use.
Our company is engaged in the production of copper foil rolls made of copper scrap, the main field of activity of our customers is the production of automotive batteries.
Our manufacturing technology requires the raw material copper heat treatment before use in production.
The container required for incineration is provided by our company.
We currently produce 15 heat-resistant container:
– dimensions: 1200x800x650 + 150mm, storage capacity approx. 700kg copper waste / pc.
– another 15 containers are already under construction
– attached 3D drawing of the container
– attached photo of the container and soudronic (raw material copper)
– At 750 ° C, the copper waste must be heat treated with a holding time of 2 hours, which is an important condition
– container top lid is removed during the heat treatment activity
Raw material copper is 98% purified copper electronic waste.
Quantity: 30 to 100 tons / week.
Delivery: the responsibility of the heat treatment company, shutter shipments twice a week, preferred incoterms: DDP.
Duration: a one-year contract can be concluded in the first period.
Preferred payment terms: 30 days after invoice issued.

Beszállítót keresünk nyersanyagként felhasznált réz hőkezeléséhez használat előtt.
A cég rézhulladékból készült rézfólia tekercsek gyártásával foglalkozik, ügyfeleik fő tevékenységi köre autóipari akkumulátor gyártás.
Beszállítói árajánlatot kérünk réz hőkezelésre az alábbiak szerint:
Gyártási technológia szükségessé teszi a nyersanyagként felhasznált hulladék réz használat előtt történő hőkezelését.
Az égetéshez szükséges konténert a megrendelő cég biztosítja.
Jelenleg 15 hőálló konténert gyártattak le:
– méretek: 1200x800x650 + 150mm, tároló kapacitása kb. 700kg rézhulladék / db.
– további 15 darab tároló edény már gyártás alatt van
– csatolva a konténer 3D rajza
– csatolva fotó a tartályról és a soudronic (réz alapanyag)
– 750 ° C-on a rézhulladékot 2 órás tartási idővel kell hőkezelni, ami fontos feltétel
– a tartály felső fedelét a hőkezelés során eltávolítják
Nyersanyag: réz 98% -ban tisztított réz elektronikai hulladék.
Mennyiség: 30-100 tonna / hét.
Szállítás: a hőkezelő cég feladata, körszállítmányok hetente kétszer, előnyben részesített inkotermek: DDP.
