Special Machinery

Our main field of activity is to develop and design dedicated machines, to provide tailor made turn- key solution of our partners. We developed several solutions for measuring and testing equipment, such as Leak Testers, Force Measurement, etc. We also produce Industrial Cleaners, Washing Equipment, which all could be integrated into complex systems.

Industrial Robots — Machine Vision

Handling, picking and placing the parts are realised by pneumatic manipulators and industrial robots from FANUC, TOSHIBA, SMC. The flexibility of these modules provide an advantageous background for any automation project. We can widen this flexibility integrating Vision systems in robot-cells KEYENCE, OMRON, Scorpion Vision)

One of our main profile is the integration of Industrial Robots to our assembly systems or to existing assembly lines. We provide industrial robotics solution ranging from high precision electronic component placement to the pick and place of heavy (20kg) parts. We integrate all three types of industrial robots: SCARA, Cartesian (XYZ), and Humanoid robots.

On the assembly lines, the positioning and moving of the parts is mostly done by industrial robots and pick & place units equipped with intelligent end effectors and grippers. We and our partners design and integrate turn key solutions as well as retrofitting and updating existing systems to suit the needs of the new requirements of our clients.

Such robotics systems are designed and built from Bosch-Rexroth, SMC, FESTO, FANUC, TOSHIBA, and other manufacturers’ products. The variety of TOSHIBA robots provide the solution for difficult and sophisticated assembly procedures.

TOSHIBA robots have an outstanding positioning repeatability (as low as 0.01 mm) and a low standard cycle time (0.4-0.5 sec / cycle). Our partners are the official Hungarian distributor of TOSHIBA Robots.

Based on our customer’s requirement, we can equip our machinery with vision systems, extending its capabilities that offers endless possibilities.

Assembly Technologies

Automizing assembly processes like screw driving, riveting, pressing, welding, ultrasonic welding widely used in assembly systems. We integrate and install modules of world leading manufacturers: BOSCH, WEBER, CORETEC, BALTEC, ATLAS-COPCO, DEPRAG.

Automated Assembly Systems are designed and bulilt for a variety of industries. Ranging from high precision diesel engine assembly lines to heavy duty air-brake pooduction lines, we always deliver creative solutions on a tight timescale. Automated assembly systems, assembly lines, automatic indexing assembly machines are working mostly in mass production.

The small lot sized product manufacturing problems can be solved with flexible robotic assembly systems. During the design, assembly challenges such as screw driving, riveting, pressing, welding, ultrasonic welding, lubricating and gluing are solved with the integration and implementation of products from manufacturers such as: Bosch, Atlas Copco, Stöger, Deprag, Baltec, Omron, Festo, SMC, Toshiba, and Phoenix Contact.

Transport and Logistics Systems, Assembly Lines

Manual assembly workplaces are designed according to ergonomical principles. In order to connect them we design and build chain-, roller- and belt-conveyor lines based on BOSCH – REXROTH elements. Applications: assembly lines, material handling, packaging technologies, logistic systems.

Even thoguh quality control is an integral part of a complete production process (such as Poke-Yoke), the end product often has to be inspected and tested separately with numerous tests and measurements.

G-MAT designs and builds different Measurement and Test Machines since 1998 with specific focus on developing and building Leak Testers. Our testing equipments meet all production test requirements of our diverse customers’ profiles in the assembly process of air-brakes and valves. We have developed testers for different purposes:

– Testers with higher accuracy used for type specific testing, or flexible testers, suitable for testing different types of brakes (Multi-Type Testers)

Feeding Systems — Vibratory Feeders

We provide complex solutions for feeding, orientation and positioning of small sized unordered parts with vibratory feeders. The technologisation of bowl feeders is based on our professional technical competence, using AFAG, OKU, TUMAC elements.

We have a significant experience in designing and building custom-made linear and bowl feeders. The purpose of the vibratory feeders is to ensure the position and orientation of the parts for Pick & Place machines for assembly. Basic units, drives and controllers such as AFAG, TUMAC, OKU are used in the creation of vibratory feeders.

Montagetechnologie

Célgépek

Fő tevékenységi körünk a célgépek fejlesztése és tervezése partnereink számára. Számos megoldást fejlesztettünk ki mérés- és tesztberendezésekre, de gyártunk ipari mosó berendezéseket, tisztatereket is.

A termelésben mindig szükség van egyedi, termékspecifikus gépekre is, a feladat, vagy az alkatrészek egyedi jellege miatt. Ezek a gépek egyedi fejlesztést, kísérletezést és tervezést igényelnek. Ezen a területen rendkívüli jelentősége van a szakmai tapasztalatoknak. Mérnökeink és munkatársaink 20-25 éves tapasztalattal rendelkeznek a célgép építés területén.

Ipari robotok — Machine Vision

Cégünk egyik fő profilja az ipari robotok integrációja a célgépeink és szerelő sorainkba. Robotikai tapasztalatunk széles körű: a precíziós elektronikai szereléstől a nehezebb 20 kg-os alkatrészek mozgatásáig sok sikeres projektet készítettünk el. Cégünk mindhárom robotikai megoldásban van tapasztalata, amelyek: SCARA, Kartézi (XYZ) és humanoid robotok.

A  szerelő sorokon az alkatrészek és elemek mozgatása főleg ipari robotokkal történik, amelyek inteligens megfogókkal rendelkeznek. Mi és partnereink megtervezzük és integráljuk a legmegfelelőbb megoldást a feladathoz, továbbá meglévő robotikai rendszereket is tudunk tovább fejleszteni és kiegészíteni, hogy az új kívánalmaknak megfeleljenek a gyártásban.

Szállítási és Logisztikai rendszerek, Szerelősorok

Kézi- és automata berendezések technológiai összekapcsolásához láncos-, görgős- és hevederes szállító rendszereket ajánlunk, amelyeket BOSH- REXROTH elemekből építünk. Alkalmazások: szerelősorok, anyagmozgatás és csomagolástechnika, logisztikai rendszerek.

Adagoló Rendszerek — Rezgő adagolók

Komplex megoldásokat ajánlunk kis méretű, ömlesztett alkatrészek adagolására, tájolására, pozicionálására. Az adagoló rendszerekhez AFAG, OKU, TUMAC egységeket használunk.
