BUSINESS DESCRIPTION – Complex Customer-Supplier Relationship
Company presentation
We founded in 2017, with the participation of several experienced mechanical engineering colleagues. We currently operate with 8 colleagues, on 240 sqm, and our net sales in 2023 reached 292 million HUF.
Our goal is to use our knowledge and capabilities to provide our business partners with a complex solution, starting from the needs assessment, through the mechanical design to the manufacturing of the product, including its assembly, commissioning and testing if required, but we also take care of the delivery of our products ourselves, with our own truck.
During the summer of 2024, we will move to a new location, our main goal is to expand our welding workshop, which we could not do at our current location.
Our company currently serves its customers in the following technical fields:
– We sell gas springs under the brand name ‘Lebke’ – currently only for industrial customers.
Our gas springs can be considered an excellent choice due to their quality and price – approximately 80-100,000 pieces are installed in our partners’ products every year, mainly in the vehicle industry.
Our number of complaints is an order of magnitude below the industry average, thanks to the expert quality control and the most modern equipment used for this, such as the Zwick measuring machine used to determine the characteristic curves.
– Machined parts, bent aluminium profiles
Our portfolio would not be complete without machined parts. Among these, our outstanding product is our bent and drilled aluminium profile.
The raw material is individually extruded and bent on our manufacturing machines, and the countersunk holes required for fixing are made on our CNC line-drill, which can accommodate a 4.3 m material length.
80 different products are made from nearly 10 different cross-section profiles, in the number of thousands of pieces per week in our workshop.
– Welded components
In our workshop, mainly aluminum and stainless steel welded products are made, to a high standard, with 15 years of experience. We use a metal inert gas welding machine (MIG/MAG) and a tungsten inert gas machine (TIG) at two workplaces, the capacity of which we will continue to expand from August 2024.
For the majority of products, we also carry out additional technological operations (sanding, powder coating, complete assembly, testing). We also meet special customer needs – we also repair injection molding tools and cutting tools by welding for our partners.
– Manufacturing machine design and building
We have been serving our customers with production equipment since the beginning. The machines are designed and built completely in-house, they are only handed over after appropriate testing, with documentation, and with a guarantee.
Several of our customers also use our service – we have been performing the necessary annual service on our oldest machine for 5 years, helping customers with the professional performance of scheduled maintenance.
– Product design, R&D
Before founding the company, we gathered a lot of experience in agricultural machinery manufacturing, car and motorcycle industry, medical device design and other machine and product design areas, which experience has come in handy for our company in providing professional service to our partners in the design area.
During our longest research and development project, we have participated for more than two years in the development of a gas spring with a special memory for the steering column of trucks, our client was Bosch. Our most recent work was related to a film studio: we designed and built the frame and additional components of the robot that moves the camera.
We always complete our work with the highest precision and the highest quality, within the deadline agreed with the customer.
