Surface treatment
The plating plant is the most visually striking unit of our surface treatment facility. It is where the components achieve their final, shiny, and sparkling surface.
Carefully prepared workpieces are subjected to automated or manual electroplating lines to obtain the necessary layer structure.
The parts are secured onto various dipping frames and begin their journey through the specialized electrochemical baths in the plating line.
Over the course of several hours, the desired layer structure is deposited onto the surface of the workpiece. Our company offers a range of coating types, including copper, nickel, chrome, zinc, and phosphate.

With the advancement of technology, and sometimes mysteriously explosive development, even the typical 2 – 2.5D machining of the nineties has been replaced by 3D strategies, and nowadays there is a growing demand for milling machines for 5-axis continuous machining.
Over the past two decades, our company has placed great emphasis on creating the ideal 5 axis design. So, for our customers, we are not only able to provide versatile indexed and continuous milling machines for 5-axis strategies that work well, but also appealing and practical.
The company profile currently builds its own constructs in terms of both mechanics and hardware.
The main machine types are evolving, so the emphasis on engraving machines is shifted to large-scale MDF, plexiglass, acryl, polycarbonate, 3-axis machining machines, followed by paper and seal cutting pliers, industrial milling machines with wood and stone automatic tool changers. CNC plasma cutters that have been produced with great success for years are also featured.
Nowadays, the flagship is our 5-axis CNC milling machine, where the 3 – 6 – 9 m long strokes are no longer special in the workspace, so that a car or a similar sized object that can be digitized in 3D can walk into the workspace. FITTED TARPAULIN COVERS FOR VEHICLES AND STRUCTURES
We manufacture fitted tarpaulin covers for trucks and trailers of various sizes out of imported materials. In addition, we make tarpaulin sheets in any size. These tarpaulins may vary depending on the type of the superstructure: with rails, rollers, screws, etc. They can be smaller (from 5m2) or larger (up to 150m2). For this purpose, we have a 120m2 workshop. We are capable of the serialized manufacture of tarpaulin covers in various sizes and in almost any colour. Our qualified colleagues already have 14 years of manufacturing experience.
Painting
Preparing and painting all kinds of light fiberglass (and plastic) products, but aside from these we also prepare and paint steel structures, auto body parts, accessories of various sizes. The products are prepared as required, powder coated, painted using simple solvent-based or color coded paints. We have an 80 m2 workshop for painting and a 50m2 one for preparation. We perform the painting jobs with Sata spray guns.
The manufacture of vehicle body superstructures
We are currently working with 6 people in our workshop, where we manufacture steel and aluminum body superstructures of various sizes according to customer requirements. We are currently manufacturing vehicle body superstructures for 3-10-ton trucks.
We have:

– an aluminum miter saw
– three welding machines
We undertake the serial production of smaller steel structures (based on a sample presented by the customer), from 0.5 m3 to 2 m3. The manufacture and, if necessary, the treatment and painting of these products.

Angepasste planen für fahrzeuge und strukturen
Wir fertigen Fahrzeug- und Anhängerplanen in unterschiedlichen Größen aus importiertem Material. Außerdem fertigen wir Abdeckplanen in beliebigen Größen. Diese Planen können je nach Aufbautyp variieren: mit Schienen, Rollen, Schrauben usw. Sie können kleiner (ab 5m2) oder größer (bis zu 150m2) sein. Zu diesem Zweck haben wir eine 120 m² Werkstatt. Wir sind in der Lage, Abdeckplanen in verschiedenen Größen und in nahezu jeder Farbe serienmäßig herzustellen. Unsere qualifizierten Mitarbeiter verfügen bereits über 14 Jahre Fertigungserfahrung.
Lackierung
Vorbereitung und Lackierung aller Arten von leichten Glasfaserprodukten (und Kunststoffprodukten), aber außerdem führen wir auch die Vorbereitung und Lackierung von Stahlkonstruktionen, Karosserieteilen und Zubehör verschiedener Größen durch. Die Produkte werden nach Bedarf vorbereitet, pulverbeschichtet, mit einfachen Farben auf Lösungsmittelbasis oder auf Grundlage von Farbcodes lackiert. Wir haben eine 80 m2 Werkstatt für die Lackierung und eine 50 m Werkstatt für die Vorbereitung. Die Lackierarbeiten erledigen wir mit SATA -Lackierpistolen.
Herstellung von Karosserieaufbauten
Wir arbeiten derzeit mit 6 Personen in unserer Werkstatt, in der wir Stahl- und Aluminiumkarosserienaufbauten verschiedener Größen nach Kundenanforderungen fertigen. Zur Zeit fertigen wir Karosserie-Aufbauten für LKWs von 3-10 Tonnen.

Wir führen unsere Tätigkeit mit einem qualifizierten Mitarbeiterteam von 15 Personen aus, Schweißer, Rohrmonteure, und Schlosser.
