In 2022, we processed 150–200 tons of raw material, primarily manufacturing machine components for plastic recycling and processing machinery. These components were produced using laser-cut sheet metal parts ranging from LV2 to LV15.
We are particularly proud that one of our partners placed their trust in our company for the contract manufacturing of an aircraft maintenance platform system. The products manufactured by our company were subsequently exported to France. We also manufactured other products for additional countries: Germany, Austria, Slovakia, and Romania.
Manufacturing Resources and Technology
– Our employees work primarily with laser-cut components, ensuring precise and efficient manufacturing
– 1,350 m² manufacturing facility, equipped with overhead cranes with lifting capacities of 2 and 5 tons
– Our own 350 m² powder coating facility is capable of coating components with maximum dimensions of 1.5 × 1.8 × 6 metres
– Valid MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 certification
Our manufacturing capabilities include the production of hundreds of custom machine components, as well as the general contracting and construction of industrial halls covering several thousand square metres.
We also manufacture waste transportation multilift containers in various types and sizes, as well as outdoor fitness parks. In addition to our manufacturing activities, we provide contract press-brake bending and powder coating services.
