BUSINESS DESCRIPtion
We found the brewery with the aim of promoting the development of domestic beer culture and to offer alternative in selecting the right beer.
We have a brewhouse of 1000 lit/brew capacity = about 1 brew/shift and store the beer in cylindro-conical stainless steel UNI tanks (9*2000 lit + 3*4000 lit) with a total capacity of 300 hl. Considering the spaces within the brewery, the storage capacity can be increased to 1000 hl by adding more UNI tanks and increasing the cooling capacity.
The brewery is placed in an industrial hall of 1800 m2, with 9 m height. The brewery itself has a total surface of 630 m2 and 5 m height; all spaces are surrounded by isolated panels of 100 mm.
The brewery has an aerating system with 2 ventilators which are automatically start running in case of CO2 presence (indicated by a sensor). The air cooling system makes possible an air temperature of around 10°C.
The water used for beer, arrives from the water supply system, which we clean with our automatic cleaning equipment consisting of: resin, active carbon and reverse osmosis cleaning. The water prepared in this way is clean and according to the beer type, we may add mineral salt or other material needed.
For the goods movement – stocking the malt, bottles transporting within the brewery – we use a small (photo) electric forklift. In case of orders on pallet, we put the goods on the pallet, wrap with a foil and put on truck by our 2.5 t electric forklift.
The beer we put in bottle of 0,33 lit by our automatic bottle filling system. In case of cans, we make use of our partner services who put our beers in cans with its mobile canning system, usually daily about 3000 cans. The bottles or cans we put in 12 pcs or 24 pcs boxes or if needed in even bigger boxes.
The beer for pubs is placed in 30 litre stainless steel KEGs as you can see on the picture (KEG head type: A and M).

The seller has exclusive ownership in ratio 1/1 over the property registered and named as a property of area 5300 m2 other building, 1800 m2 bottling plant, together with complete machinery and know-how needed for operating the beer bottling plant, as well as the laws license needed for producing beer.

SÖRFŐZDE ELADÓ
A sörfőzdét azzal a céllal hoztuk létre, hogy elősegítsük a hazai sörkultúra fejlődését és alternatívát kínáljunk a megfelelő sör kiválasztásában.
1000 lit/főzési kapacitás = kb. 1 főzés/műszak főzőházunk van, és a sört hengerkúpos rozsdamentes UNI tartályokban (9*2000 lit + 3*4000 lit) tároljuk, összesen 300 hl kapacitással. A sörfőzdén belüli tereket figyelembe véve a tárolókapacitás 1000 hl-re növelhető újabb UNI tartályok hozzáadásával és a hűtőkapacitás növelésével.
A sörfőzde egy 1800 m2-es, 9 m magas ipari csarnokban található. Maga a sörfőzde összterülete 630 m2 és 5 m magas; minden teret 100 mm-es elszigetelt panelek vesznek körül.
A sörfőzde levegőztető rendszerrel rendelkezik, 2 ventilátorral, amelyek CO2 jelenléte esetén (érzékelővel jelezve) automatikusan elindulnak. A léghűtő rendszer 10°C körüli levegő hőmérsékletet tesz lehetővé.
A sörhöz felhasznált víz a vízellátó rendszerből érkezik, melyet automata tisztító berendezésünkkel tisztítunk meg, mely a következőkből áll: gyanta, aktív szén és fordított ozmózisos tisztítás. Az így elkészített víz tiszta, sörfajtától függően ásványi sót vagy egyéb szükséges anyagot adhatunk hozzá.
Az árumozgatáshoz – maláta készletezése, palackok sörfőzdén belüli szállítása – kisméretű (fotó) elektromos targoncát használunk. Raklapos rendelés esetén az árut raklapra tesszük, fóliával becsomagoljuk és 2,5 t-os elektromos targoncánkkal teherautóra rakjuk.
A sört 0,33-as palackba töltjük, automata palacktöltő rendszerünk segítségével. A dobozok esetében igénybe vesszük partnereink szolgáltatásait, akik mobil dobozos rendszerével dobozosba rakják söreinket, általában napi 3000 doboz körül. A palackokat, dobozokat 12 db-os vagy 24 db-os dobozokba, illetve igény szerint nagyobb dobozokba rakjuk.
A kocsmai sör 30 literes rozsdamentes acél KEG-be kerül, ahogy az a képen is látható (KEG fejtípus: A és M).
